We have 4 identical units in the same building, #1 Antelope, #2 Love MTL, #3 Fully Licensed, #4 BullsHead. Pictures are from the 4 apartments, only the decor changes, same interior setup. Magnificent 4 bedrooms apartment in the middle of the Plateau Mont-Royal area. Located just 3 minutes from the Mont-Royal metro station, you’ll be able to get anywhere within minutes. Finding a better location is almost impossible!! The apartment can accommodate up to 12 people: there are 3 bedrooms with queen size beds and one with a full/full bunk bed. We also provide a floor mattress to accommodate the 11th and 12th persons. All our bed mattresses in all our apartments are memory foam mattresses so a good night sleep is almost guaranteed.
The Fabfour apartment offers all the comfort you need and will certainly meet your requirements. The kitchen comes fully equipped, you’ve got everything you need to prepare a nice meal for family and friends that you can enjoy either outside on the patio or on the dining room’s large concrete table. Buses and taxis in front of the building, Mont-Royal metro at 3 min walk and BIXI station (Montreal Bicycle rental) to provide access to nearby major cultural sites in minutes.
You’ll mostly love living in the Plateau for its variety of hip restaurants and bars such as: l’Avenue du Plateau, Barraca, Bily Kun, Brasserie Saint-Denis, Plan B, Le Rouge-Gorge (wine bar), Tri Express sushi and many others. * The patio and BBQ with gas provided are installed and ready to be used between May 1st and September 30th. Out of season the space is still accessible but not properly set up. There are indoor stairs to access the apartments.
