When your reservation with us is completed, you will receive an email containing a link to our check-in form<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In order for your access code to be valid, <\/strong>the check-in form must be completed in advance and the guest that made the reservation must provide a valid picture ID (passport, drivers’ license etc) via this secure link.<\/p>\n

You will be able to do a self check-in using the information provided in your online Guide sent by email.<\/strong> Your Guide contains all the practical information concerning your stay: address, personal access code, WIFI info, transit and parking options, useful adresses and local recommendations etc.<\/p>\n

Then, it is always possible to park for free on the neighboring streets, but the spaces are rather difficult to find and there are several restrictive parking signs. In some areas, you can purchase a one-day parking permit\u00a0 to park in resident-only areas. To avoid searching, the easiest solution is to rent one of our private parking spaces located 2 minutes<\/strong> walk from the apartment for $20\/day + tax. (Subject to availability. Contact us<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

** Warning, this option is not available for the City Chalet<\/a> , Galeria<\/a>, Parkview<\/a> apartments. However, there are paid public parking lots nearby**<\/em><\/p>\n

If we can\u2019t accommodate you for a late check-out, it might be possible to leave your bags all packed up inside the apartment near the entrance. Make sure to free up the place by 11 am and come back at maximum 1 pm to pick up your belongings. When you come back, please use extra care as the apartment is considered clean and ready for the following guests. It\u2019s possible to leave your luggage at the Gare<\/strong> d\u2019autocars de Montr\u00e9al<\/strong> at Berri-Uqam metro station.
