This Scandinavian style apartment can accommodate up to 6 people in total comfort with 3 closed bedrooms each with a queen size memory foam mattress. There is a bright living room, a washroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining bench where you can enjoy a great meal with your loved ones. You’ll love to sit outside on your own sunny patio with table and BBQ. You can even see the cross of the Mount-Royal from the top floor patio!

All shops and services is within walking distance: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, fashion stores, bars and restaurants (you name them…)! Buses and taxis in front of the building, Mont-Royal metro at 8 minutes walk and BIXI station (Montreal Bicycle rental) to provide access to nearby major cultural sites in minutes.
You’ll mostly love living in the Plateau for its variety of hip restaurants, bars such as: l’Avenue du Plateau, Barraca, Le Rouge-Gorge (wine bar), Brasserie St-Denis, Plan B, Tri Express sushi and many others. You are also 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Parc Lafontaine, 15 minutes from the mountain (Mont-Royal) and 15 minutes from Downtown.
* An exterior patio and BBQ with gas provided are installed and ready to be used between May 1st and September 30th. Out of season the space is still accessible but not properly set up. There are indoor stairs to access the apartment.
