Once you have made your reservation, we will ask you to complete a registration form via a secure link and attach an image of an official photo ID (passport or driver’s license). You will also receive the link to our personalized online travel guide, which contains a wealth of information about the Plateau Mont-Royal neighborhood and the apartment. Early in the morning of your start of stay, you will receive all arrival information (door code, etc.) by email.
