Parkview #1 unit is in the very heart of Plateau facing the beautiful Mount-Royal Park. The apartment is ideally located in a vibrant neighborhood filled with culture, good restaurants, bars and unique little shops. This unit was recently renovated and tastefully decorated with high quality furniture. You’ll love the vintage feel of the place. There are 3 closed bedrooms (1 with a queen bed, 1 with 2 queen beds and 1 with a single/single and a double/double bunk beds).

This vacation rental can accommodate up to 12 people. There’s a bright and wide living room, a modern fully equipped kitchen and 2 full bathrooms, perfect for your group getaway in Montreal. * The balcony with gas BBQ is installed and ready to be used between June 1st and September 30th. Out of season the space is still accessible but not properly set up. There are stairs to access the apartment.

All shops and services is within walking distance: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, fashion stores, bars and restaurants (you name them…)! To provide access to nearby major cultural sites in minutes, buses, taxis and BIXI station (Montreal Bicycle rental) are available in front of the building.

You’ll mostly love living in the Plateau for its variety of hip restaurants and bars. You are also next to the Parc du Mont-Royal and the mountain (Le Mont-Royal) and 15 minutes from downtown Montréal.

Great location and space for my group of 8 friends. Plenty of space in the living room / kitchen area, and looked exactly like the pictures. We appreciated the front balcony for our morning coffee. Parking can be a bit difficult but the instructions provided by the hosts really helped. I appreciated their care and quick responses with local suggestions.

We absolutely loved it! This is a phenomenal rental apartment! We loved the location. This neighborhood has so much more to offer than the old town. There is the amazing Mont Royal park literally across the street, tons of restaurants, bakeries, cute unique shops and wonderful neighborhood streets to stroll through. The bus stop is across the street, and wonderful clean, not crowded modern metro is just 10-15 minute walk. No need for a car.

Spacious, bright, modern apartment! The location is great, the beds very comfortable, the open view towards the two parks refreshing. The apartment is renovated, and is both attractive and functional. The room with the single Queen bed is a good size; the one with two Queens is very spacious. The room with double bunk beds is a little tight, but it works. All the bedrooms have large, walk-in cupboards. The kitchen is a good size and well laid-out. The owners are responsive and available for questions. We loved staying here. I highly recommend this apartment: right on the Plateau and a stone's throw from the mountain.
