• 2 x ROKU HD TV with standard cable tv or LOG IN to your favorite account (Netflix, Crave, Disney+, Amazon Prime…) : a 43″ in the dining area and a 55” in the living room

• A sunny balcony* with a gas BBQ and a panoramic view on the Mount-Royal mountain
• Children friendly: high chair, pack and play crib and children’s dishware
• We provide: all linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and shower gel, olive oil, basic spices, aluminum foil and household cleaning products (laundry soap, hand soap, etc.)

* A balcony with gas BBQ is installed and ready to be used between June 1st and September 30th. Out of season the space is still accessible but not properly set up.     There are stairs to access the apartment.

All shops and services is within walking distance: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, fashion stores, bars and restaurants (you name them…)! To provide access to nearby major cultural sites in minutes, buses, taxis and BIXI station (Montreal Bicycle rental) are available in front of the building.

You’ll mostly love living in the Plateau for its variety of hip restaurants and bars. You are also next to the Parc du Mont-Royal and the mountain (Le Mont-Royal) and 15 minutes from downtown Montréal.
