The Cozy Laurier apartment is ideally located on beautiful Laurier Street east, in the Plateau-Mont-Royal area. It’s a family neighbourhood, within walking distance of a few parks and of the fabulous Mont-Royal avenue. There are 3 closed bedrooms, (2 with Queen memory foam mattresses, and one with a full/full bunkbed) 2 work desks, a private parking space and everything is included (heating, AC, Wifi, etc). You’ll enjoy relaxing on your own terrace with a dining table, chairs and BBQ.
This 1100 sqft apartment features:
• A 55″ ROKU HD TV with standard cable tv or LOG IN to your favorite account (Netflix, Crave, Disney+, Amazon Prime…)

You’re a short walk from everything you might need (supermarket, pharmacy, unique boutiques, shops, bars, restaurants). Buses and taxis on the street, and Bixi station (bike sharing service in Montreal) on the corner. The apartment is 15 minutes from the Laurier metro station, getting you Downtown or in the Old Montreal within minutes. You could also decide to walk to the Mont-Royal mountain and park
