There’s also 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed in the 1st bedroom and two twin beds that you can choose to join together to make king size bed in the 2nd one. The living space has 2 sofa-beds and a full/full bunk bed. All with quality memory foam mattresses for a good night’s sleep. This place is ideal for anyone wanting to experience Montreal’s unique culture with family or friends. You’ll love the ideal location near the Lafontaine Park, great restaurants, bars and shops. This 1100 sq ft apartment is fully equipped and includes:

- We provide: all linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and shower gel, olive oil, basic spices, aluminum foil and household cleaning product (laundry soap, hand soap, etc.)
All shops and services are located within walking distance: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, fashion stores, bars and restaurants (you name them…)! Buses and taxis in front of the building, Mont-Royal metro at 7 minutes walk and BIXI station (Montreal Bicycle rental) to provide access to nearby major cultural sites in minutes.
You’ll mostly love living in the Plateau for its variety of hip restaurants, nightclubs and bars such as: l’Avenue du Plateau, Barraca, Le Rouge-Gorge (wine bar), Plan B, Tri Express sushi and many others. You are also 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Parc Lafontaine, 15 minutes from the mountain (Mont-Royal) and 15 minutes from Downtown.
* A BBQ with gas provided is installed on the back balcony and ready to be used between May 1st and September 30th. Out of season the space is still accessible but not properly set up. There are indoor stairs to access the apartment.
