Huge 1400 sq ft loft apartment, 2 closed bedrooms (one with 2 KING size beds and the second one with a King and a Queen bed) and memory foam mattresses, large fully equipped kitchen, a full size sofa-bed in the living room, a big bathroom with tub/shower, plus an en-suite washroom. You are also 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Parc Lafontaine, 15 minutes from the mountain (Mont-Royal) and 15 minutes from Downtown.

Third time at one of Yann’s places (and they were all different). . His management team has pretty much thought of everything…especially the comfortable beds. Can’t go wrong with any of his places. Particularly great location on this place. Just book it!

We rented this place for a friend's Bachelor weekend and we had a really good time. The house is on point for group of friends looking for some fun in Montreal. Very well located, close to downtown and parks, the house has enough space to keep all our crew together while comfortably accommodating us all. The pool table and arcade are also differential. We definitely recommend it to all!

Great apartment in a great location. We were greeted with a smile and were provided all the information we needed to have a fantastic vacation. The size was perfect for our family of 5. Our kids had a blast playing pool and video games. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby to choose from.
