The Château is a lovely apartment in the heart of the vibrant Plateau area located near Mont-Royal ave, corner Chambord. 6 1/2 comprising living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, a 3rd queen size bed in the back part of the living room, kitchen and a bathroom. Buses and taxis in front of the building, Mont-Royal metro at 7 min walk and seconds from a BIXI station (Montreal Bicycle rental) to provide access to nearby major cultural sites in minutes.
You’ll mostly love living in the Plateau for its variety of hip restaurants, nightclubs and bars such as: l’Avenue du Plateau, Pub West Shefford, Barraca, Rouge-Gorge wine bar, Bily Kun, Plan B and many others. You are also 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Parc Lafontaine, 15 minutes from the mountain (Mont-Royal) and 15 minutes from Downtown.
* The patio and BBQ with gas provided are installed and ready to be used between May 1st and September 30th. Out of season the space is still accessible but not properly set up. There are indoor stairs to access the apartment.
